Search Launched to Find Missing Mechanic Matt Opperman in Spain

A search operation is underway in the south of Spain to find Matt Opperman, a US national bicycle mechanic working for the Yeti / Shimano EP Enduro Team. Matt´s last know location was Segura de la Sierra in Jaén on January 24th.

Sicen then there has been no contact with Matt and his black Volkswagen van was found near Castillo de Segura de la Sierra.

Opperman is blonde, around 1.90 metres tall, 50 years old and was riding a turquoise Yeti eMTB. He is also fluent in spanish.
