Is this the new 2025 Santacruz V10 Colorway?

One of the best and most popular downhill bike on the market could have a facelift for 2025. Word on the street is that the 2025 V10 frame, which will have the same design and specs as the current one, might come in exciting new colors like yellow and green.

On Friday, January 20, 2025, Tasmanian-born marine scientist, environmental activist, and mountain bike enthusiast Annie Ford set a new world record for the most vertical descent in 24 hours. Riding her Santa Cruz V10 at Coronet Peak Bike Park in Queenstown, New Zealand, Annie descended an astonishing 55,747 meters (182,831 feet). And she done it with a "custom" painted frame...or maybe not.

To achieve this monumental feat, she completed 133 laps of the bike park, covering a total distance of 412 km (256 miles). Her record-breaking ride was part of a fundraising effort to support reforestation in the Coronet Peak area. By the time she finished, Annie had raised over $35,000 to help restore the breathtaking landscape where her achievement took place. Donations remain open for those who wish to contribute.
