Tahnee Seagrave Out of Red Bull Hardline Tasmania

Tahnee Seagrave announced that she won´t be participating at the first stop of the Red Bull Hardline series in Tasmania, Australia.

Tahnee says that there is "still a fair way to go" in feeling confident with her new Orbea downhill bike—a bike that hasn't been announced yet and will most likely continue to be developed throughout the season.

"Ahhh so sad to announce that I will not compete at Red Bull Hardline Tasmania next week. A really tough personal decision to make, and whilst I have had some excellent days and good progress on the new bike, there’s still a fair way to go for me to feel confident, and at one with the bike before taking on an event like Red Bull Hardline. Racing world cups is my #1 priority and I want to push myself and this bike to the top step. My role at Hardline has always been bigger than just showing up and riding there, and I’m very confident that the women’s category is in a great place, with prize money and podium spots for the ladies for the first time in Hardline history. A lot to be proud of. So, taking a step back for now, but be sure to watch out for the badass women killing it there and show them some love! Ain’t just a walk in the park!" - Tahnee Seagrave
